Uecoms Methodology Framework consists of a comprehensive set of methodology paths. These paths have been project tested and seasoned to incorporate the industry's best practices. Each path is presented as a full life cycle methodology - and all have complete work-breakdown structures to facilitate accurate project planning. The Framework is supported by the training and consulting services, as well as our internal  process management systems. We make these lifecycles available on-line and provide a comprehensive environment where project staff can track all their work including problems, issues, change requests, results of quality reviews, deliverables and individual assignments.

Uecoms Development Framework Methodology Structure

We follow a proven and world-class delivery methodology with built-in quality points. Starting with the order through delivery, the entire project is tightly controlled by an identified Project Team. Our teams use MS-Project extensively as the Project Monitoring Tool all through the project’s duration. Essentially, there are five developmental phases while executing a project.

Requirements analysis and specification
Design - Preliminary design, Detailed design
Implementation
Testing - Unit testing, Integration testing, System testing
Maintenance
The five phases broadly form the software lifecycle of a project. These phases take on many different forms depending on the project, the company, and individuals involved.

There are numerous approaches to software lifecycles. Each approach has unique characteristics making it more or less suitable for a particular application domain.
