Uecoms Overseas Consulting Services (UOCS) was established in 2005 with a promise to facilitate students from Pakistan interested to study abroad and help build their careers. Post arrival services are available for when you arrive in the UK. This is done through our London office helping to ensure that you have an important support network during both the early stages in the UK when things may be unfamiliar and at any other time during your studies.

ALUMNI NETWORK

A long time support network through lifetime membership of our Alumni group begins as soon as you commence your studies in the UK. The Alumni group helps provide you with opportunities to stay in touch with other students from your own country / city while you are studying in the UK and after you finish your course.

VISITING OUR OFFICE

UOCS office has professional counselors who are trained and can help you choose the right course, the right Institution and the right location to suit your needs. UOCS and foreign education institutions conduct programmes regularly through Seminars, Information Sessions, and Interview Sessions. Please call our office for further information.

The university or college you select is a very important decision. The staff at UOCS has got extensive knowledge of all of the participating universities / colleges and is available to answer any question or concerns you may have during the selection process.

HOW SERVICES ARE ACHIEVED

We have established a network of Overseas Student Counselors to provide an initial point of contact and help you at local level. We currently have counseling services operating in London, UK and Rawalpindi and Islamabad in Pakistan.

If you wish to use our service, you will need to arrange a meeting with your local Student Counselor. You should bring the following to this meeting:

Education certificates, including any English language test results
Details of two referees, one of which must be from an academic background; and
If you are seeking a postgraduate course, a CV containing details of all responsibilities held.

The Student Counselor will complete an Initial Reference Form (IRF) which provides us with information about your personal circumstances and individual requirements. This helps us to tailor make a most suitable solution which would have the preferred course or courses for your particular needs

It is also helpful if you can attend this meeting with your sponsor. The Student Counselor will ask you to complete an Education Application Form. For your convenience and to help the counselor to process your visa application better, the counselor will fill out a VAF form (which is used by British Immigration Services) with you and with your help for you.

We maintain regular contact with those responsible for overseas admissions at our client universities and colleges to ensure that up to date information is available about their requirements.

Any professional individual with an appropriate qualification from a government recognized institute along with a 3 years work experience in the relevant field.
Any fresh graduate or professional, who is interested in visiting England, could qualify for a holiday working visa.

WHAT SUBJECT AREAS CAN BE CATERED FOR AND AT WHAT LEVEL

Our services are offered to students wishing to study from 'A' level or degree access up to postgraduate and PhD levels. Almost every subject study area can be catered for.

VISA PROCESS - UK

All the interested/selected candidates are advised to arrange the following documents & submit them to our office.

Receipt of Tuition fee paid to British College /University (Original)
Completed Visa Application form in original with your signature at bottom & 3 photos pasted with glue at each page of visa application. Photos should be recent & colour with WHITE BACKGROUND.
Application forms are available at UOCS Offices. Visa forms copies are NOT ACCEPTED & we need original visa form duly filled in & signed.
Unconditional Admission offer from a UK Institution stating that you have been accepted at a full time course exactly stating duration & cost of course with start & end date. (Original)
Bank statement/Sponsorship from parent /Guardian (Sample available from our office). Bank statement should be fresh one pertaining to last six months. National Savings Center certificates copies are also acceptable. Please arrange business card of Manager to be attached with statement. All statements should have stamp & signatures of Officer of Bank. We need original statements.
Affidavit of Support from the Sponsor (Sample available from our office) on stamp paper stating clearly relationship of sponsor with the student & intention to support him fully during his entire study period in UK.
Letter on business letterhead (if own business) by the sponsor stating about the business, his position in business, year of establishment & nature of business etc.
Copies of business documents like memberships of Chamber of commerce, NTN certificates, business card, Copy of Income Tax return should be attached (if available).
Original passport & Photocopies of first two pages & last two pages of previous passport & any other page bearing valid visa.
All the photocopies should be on A4 size paper.
Bank Draft of Rs. 9,350 in favor of "BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION, ISLAMABAD" must be drawn in Bank in Islamabad. This Visa fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
Copies of Educational documents & experience certificates etc. All copies must be attested by Notary Public with clear seal & signatures. Experience letters can be attached original.
IELTS Certificate (Original).
A detailed CV of student with name of examinations taken, years of attendance, Name of school/College, Address & Telephone numbers of institutions etc. CV should be up till current month of year.
